In questo scritto sono evidenziate analogie e differenze fra le Commissioni paritetiche recentemente previste per l’attuazione dell’art. 116, c. 3, della Costituzione rispetto alle omonime commissioni che operano già da molti decenni per l’implementazione del regime di autonomia delle regioni italiane a statuto speciale. L’autore mette in guardia rispetto al rischio di comparazioni troppo superficiali e suggerisce alcuni possibili correttivi rispetto al percorso intrapreso.
This paper highlights similarities and differences between the Joint Commissions recently established for the implementation of art. 116.3, of Italian Constitution and the Joint Commissions that have already been working for many decades for the implementation of the autonomous regime of the Italian regions with special statute. The author warns against the risk of too superficial comparisons and suggests some possible corrections to the path undertaken.
