This contribution aims to investigate the thorny relationship between ecological transition and territorial gaps, trying to highlight how, and through which instruments, it is possible to guarantee a transition that is green but also fair and socially inclusive. Essential, for the achievement of this ambitious objective, may also be the contribution offered by the PNRR and the investments it evisages for the revitalisation of the territories of Southern Italy.
Il presente contributo si propone di approfondire lo spinoso rapporto fra transizione ecologica e divari territoriali, cercando di mettere in luce in che modo, e attraverso quali strumenti, sia possibile garantire una transizione che sia green ma anche equa e socialmente inclusiva. Essenziale, per il raggiungimento di questo ambizioso obiettivo, potrà essere anche il contributo offerto dal PNRR e dagli investimenti da questo previsti per il rilancio del Mezzogiorno.
