This research considers role and impact of the NRRP on the health gap in Italy. It develops four thematic cores: the first concerns the right to health and the role of the State and the Regions in its protection; the second reconstructs the health gap and researches its causes and effects through sectoral data; the third is dedicated to the NRRP and the analysis of its impact on this gap; finally, the fourth, in perspective, reasoning on the relationship between the sustainability of the Plan’s equalisation objectives in the health field and the hypotheses of regional differentiation.
La presente ricerca considera ruolo e impatto del PNRR sul divario sanitario in Italia. Essa sviluppa quattro nuclei tematici: il primo riguarda il diritto alla salute e il ruolo dello Stato e delle Regioni per la relativa tutela; il secondo ricostruisce il divario sanitario e ne ricerca cause ed effetti attraverso dati di settore; il terzo è dedicato al PNRR e all’analisi del relativo impatto su tale divario; il quarto, infine, ragiona in prospettiva sul rapporto tra sostenibilità degli obiettivi perequativi del Piano in ambito sanitario e le ipotesi di differenziazione regionale.
